Registration Fee

The payment of registration fee will be processed in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD).

• Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangement.

• Conference registration is successful and effective only upon the receipt of registration fee.

• The registration deadline for the conference is 11 June 2027.

• Coffee breaks are included.

• Two-day CPD certificate for  2^nd FWFS.

Valid student identity card issued by qualified institution is required to be eligible for the student rate.

Registration & Payment Method

• Registration and payment must be made via the online payment platform before the deadline. (https://event-reg.hkust.edu.hk/hkust-mcp/checkout/426)

• Registration fee is charged in Hong Kong dollars. For overseas participants, the exact amount of the registration fee will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.

• Cash and cheque payment are not accepted.
